The main purpose of this website is to showcase some of my latest creations in both Sugar and Chocolate - some are new and some of my old favourites.

Also included are some pictures from the classes that I teach at Westminster Kingsway College in London - no two classes are the same, but if you’re interested in taking a course, they will give you an idea of the sort of skills that you’ll learn on one of my classes.
